So I was wondering what was going on with the growth (roots) of these plants.. Is this due to soil compaction? Just bad soil? Some of the plants are fairly big and go straight into the soil. Others (most) are growing but smaller and come out of the soil and "snake" over to the leaf growth. Just curious what might be going on. This is a small Grains and Greens plot of which I have another thread on here that I just updated. Thanks!
