Looks good to me. Don't work wet soil with the disc. Do the wet spots remain wet? Those areas could be planted with Alsike, Ladino and Red clovers. They supposedly do well in wetter areas. The common recommendation is to plant these with wheat or rye grain, not rye grass. Fall planted would give spring greenup. Other areas could be planted with other crops for diversity.
